Vega Resident Cyberjaya..

Hi, Selamat Petang Semua..

Sebelum nie aku ada post yang aku g masuk curi2 Vega Resindent tempoh hari, so hari nie aku nak bercerita tentang detail projek dari PKNS nie... Dalam hari sabtu lepas, aku dapat satu email dari Faizul, serba sedikit tentang Vega Resindent nie... siapa tu Faizul?? hehehe

Ok, Faizul adalah seorang otai hartanah di Malaysia, beliau adalah pengarang kepada buku WTF, buku nie berceritakan pengalaman die mula berjinak2 dalam pelaburan hartanah, macam mane nak flipping, strategi plan beliau dan banyak lagi.. Make sure korang semua dapatkan buku nie, tak rugi beli woo...

Pendapat aku, untuk bermula dalam bidang hartanah nie, kita perlu ada strategi masinng2, mungkin kita boleh tiru cara otai2 pelabur hantanah itu sendiri, tp bukan semua cara die kita boleh ikut..kadang2 kita perlu campurkan dengan cara kita tersendiri so tak de la nampak copy cat sangat hehehe... tp yang bagus tu elok la di ambik kira... kan? hehehehehe

Berbalik kepada tajuk di atas, Faizul ada berkongsi sedikit info dan kelebihan dalam memiliki Vega Resident nie...nanti akan aku copy pastekan di bawah, untuk maklumat korang semua... Cyberjaya akan menjadi salah satu Science Park 2 tak lama lagi...

1.       Project name : Vega Residensi at Cyberjaya
2.       Developer : PKNS
3.       Expected completion date : April 2013 (Yes soon to be completed, excellent for those buying for own stay  ^^)
4.       Min selling price after discount and rebate : 235k, max 450k
5.       Units available : Studios, 2 bedroom, duplex loft units
6.       Discounts 10% rebate for all, additional 7% for bumi
7.       100% loan available for those who doesn’t have any properties to date.
I’ve also attached the sales kit if you’d like to learn more about the project. Honestly at RM450psf, this project isn’t exactly cheap but it isn’t expensive either. But looking at the launching price of other projects in Cyberjaya going at RM600psf today, this looks reasonable. After all, even highrise in locations like Sri Kembangan and Mines already breaching RM600psf.
I’m also arranging for special financing for all buyers that could allow you to get 100% financing. That way, you could buy this property using zero cash plus cash of RM25,000 to RM70,000, if you choose to have it ( you of course need to qualify for the special financing package offered ^^)
Due to limited space and sales staff, they wont entertain walk-in so please provide the required information above for registration. The location for the preview is at the SSP2 Sales Galery ( Map available in the attachment )  
Please bring your cheque book that day, so that you could proceed to make booking if you think its a good buy. Booking fee is only RM1,000.

Tips - Strategi masing2, ada yang nak beli then bg sewa, ada yang beli then bile dah siap nak flip.. so tu strategi masing2.. kawan aku beli pada awal2 nya RM250K, tp td tengok harga dah naik RM270K.. untung bukan? belum bayar installment pun harga rumah dah naik... hehehehehe
